Thriveworks is seeking a dedicated Master's Level Clinician who is pursuing LPCC certification to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services to a diverse clientele using both online and in-person platforms. As an integral member of our team, you will deliver personalized therapeutic interventions, support mental health wellness, and contribute to our mission of helping individuals lead more fulfilled lives. Conduct individualized assessments to identify client needs. Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care. Maintain client records and confidentiality according to compliance standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques Ability to handle stress and make critical decisions under pressure Experience with electronic health record systems Adaptability to both online and face-to-face modes of therapy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active pursuit of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification is required.
