Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Master's Social Worker to join our dedicated team in providing top-tier mental health services. The ideal candidate will engage clients both online and in-person, helping them navigate through challenges and improve their mental health outcomes. Conduct psychological assessments and provide therapeutic interventions. Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor progress. Facilitate group therapy sessions as well as one-to-one counseling. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate records and document patient status and treatment goals. Advocate for patient access to community resources. Strong empathy and listening skills Proficient in DSM-5 diagnostics and psychological treatment planning Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must hold a current state license as a Master's Social Worker (LMSW) CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
