In alignment with our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee the coordination and administration of nursing services in our facilities. As a Nurse Manager, you will ensure that patient care is delivered effectively, efficiently, and according to the most up-to-date clinical guidelines. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high care standards and in developing the nursing staff under your supervision. You will formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources, aligning with the needs of the facility. Developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies and procedures. Supervising and reviewing nursing staff performance. Managing staff scheduling to ensure full coverage and optimal resource utilization. Overseeing patient care planning and implementation according to compliance and standards. Liaising with interdisciplinary medical teams, administrative staff, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and organizing training programs for professional development. Ensuring that staff compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Managing departmental budgets and monitoring expenses. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in clinical instruction and staff development Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using healthcare information systems and medical software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Certification in Nurse Management (such as CNML or NE-BC) preferred
