ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Espanola, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 1.0 FTE with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts starting at 6:30 AM • Weekend and call responsibilities as needed • Floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles required • Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient needs • Coordinate patient care through collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician or standard protocols • Provide clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel • Complete patient population/age-specific/procedure and protocol education and competency testing • Minimum 2 years current experience in large OR required • Must be able to scrub and work in fast-paced environment • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment • Required certifications: BLS (through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross) • Preferred certifications: PALS and ACLS • New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required • Epic experience preferred but not required; training provided on-site • Ortho, EENT, and/or vascular experience preferred Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive surgical services with a focus on delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
