Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time
Occupational Therapist position is available in a school setting
located in Jemez Springs, NM. Serving students from kindergarten
through 12th grade, this contract role offers a Monday through
Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week for the current school
year, with potential for renewal in the 2026-2027 school year. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized occupational therapy
services to support K-12 students in achieving their academic and
functional goals. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and
support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans. -
Perform assessments to evaluate students needs and progress. -
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all school and
state regulations. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
and contribute to the development of individualized education
programs (IEPs). Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Licensed
Occupational Therapist with current credentials in the state. -
Experience working in school-based therapy settings preferred. -
Ability to engage effectively with children across a broad age
range (K-12). - Strong communication and organizational skills. -
