Job Description Job description: Patient Care Coordinator
(Scheduler) OmniSleep is an established sleep medicine clinic and
sleep lab, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep
disorders, such as apnea and limb movement disorders of sleep. We

Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator (Scheduler): This
position is a 9:30am-6pm shift, that involves scheduling clinical
visits and sleep studies, which includes verifying demographics and
insurance, scheduling the correct appointments, sending
pre-appointment questionnaires, educating patients about our care
processes, and taking payments. The job involves scheduling
patients for sleep studies after their clinic visit, taking calls
from patients, and making outgoing scheduling calls using reports.
The job also includes as needed general phone reception and other
duties as assigned. This is an in-office (not remote from home)
position. Professional Skills Required: We'll hire the person that
gets satisfaction from helping patients while keeping up with the
scheduling workload. It can get busy. Must be able to work very
well in concert with Medical Assistants, front desk staff, and
providers. This staff member requires a demonstrated ability to
adjust their work pace as required, to prioritize tasks
appropriately, to adjust to work load as we get busy, and to remain
calm, friendly, and accurate in a fast-paced environment. Job
Details: The position is full time (40 hrs / wk), 9am-6pm (30 min.
clock out for lunch), M-F. Competitive pay. Benefits: 401k with

References with contact information from your direct supervisors or
managers from your last three jobs. Personal or co-worker
references won't be accepted. High school diploma or equivalent
required Spanish speaker strongly preferred Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in using electronic medical
records preferred Proficient using computer systems and software
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Preferred: Knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems
software Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Note: To be
