Job Description:
Job Description Indian Health Center of Santa Clara FT/PT Hours:
Flexible, Full or part-time, with less than 32 hours per week
required for the latter Employed Average Patients seen: 16 Call
Schedule: No Call Loan Repayment Compensation: Salary ranges from
$194K to $238K (would be prorated if PT hours are desired)
Benefits: Eligible with 20 hrs/week - Loan repayment through NHSC -
$5,000 relocation assistance- PTO (will be prorated for PT): Year 1
to Year 3, 160 hours of PTO; Year 3 to Year 10, 200 hours of PTO;
Continued 40-hour increase every 5 years- 13 annual paid holidays-

IHC- Prorated CMEs- Acupuncture & Chiropractic care $10 per visit
