Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking
compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide
in-home patient care for a home healthcare client in Albuquerque,
NM. Nurses will deliver direct patient care in patients’ homes and
support them in maintaining quality of life and independence. Key
Responsibilities Provide in-home nursing care to assigned patients
Monitor patient condition and report changes Administer treatments
and medications as ordered Document care provided according to
standards Educate patients and families on care plans Collaborate
with care team members as needed Requirements Active RN license in
New Mexico Home health experience preferred (not required) Ability
to travel to patient homes Strong patient care and communication
skills Compensation : $38-$45/hour
