Full Time Opportunity for Medical Director ??? Post-Acute Care in New Mexico! Location: near Cubero, New Mexico Are you an experienced physician with a passion for leadership and patient care? We are seeking a dynamic Medical Director to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This role offers the opportunity to address complex medical challenges within a collaborative interdisciplinary setting while providing expert guidance and oversight to healthcare professionals. Setting: Inpatient, Post-Acute CareSchedule: Flexible, Monday???Friday Part-time or full-time (2???4 days/week) 15???18 patients per day Key Responsibilities: Manage chronic and acute conditions Oversee and mentor clinical staff Lead clinical case reviews and quality initiatives Collaborate with facility and organizational leadership Engage patients, families, and facility staff Represent TeamHealth in the local post-acute care community Desired Skills: Strong clinical judgment Excellent communication and leadership Empathy and patient engagement Team-oriented with a solid work ethic Qualifications: MD/DO with an active, unrestricted New Mexico medical license and DEA Leadership or post-acute experience preferred (not required) Training provided if no prior leadership background If you are a dedicated physician with the drive to lead and innovate in patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
