Job Description Job Description Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We believe very strongly in the importance of having a safe place to heal from emotional trauma, and in providing high quality, evidence-based treatment. We offer a variety of mental health services including medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is a specialist in DBT, ERP or EMDR to join our team in New Mexico. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities Qualifications: Masters degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field License eligible in the state of New Mexico At least three years previous counseling experience required with at least 1 year focusing on DBT, ERP, or EMDR Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as psychology, therapy and counseling approaches Strong analytical skills to assess a patients situation and build treatment plans Excellent listening skills to best understand a patients issues and concerns Excellent communication skills to effectively guide patients and establish trust Crisis intervention skills to respond to patients in acute distress All new patient visits conducted in person, but we offer a mixture of in-person and telemedicine for follow-up visits based on patient needs Compensation & Benefits: $75,000 - $80,000 base salary plus bonus Based on 32 clinical hours worked; salary guaranteed - not based on patients seen Medical, dental, vision insurance 401K matching retirement plan Opportunities for professional growth and development.
