Full-Time Permanent Job Summary: We are hiring a professional and
upbeat Operating Room RN Nurse Manager, that will play a pivotal
role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our operating
room department. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery
of high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency,
and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our
healthcare team. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction
to the operating room nursing staff, including recruitment,
training, and performance management. Collaborate with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
seamless coordination of surgical procedures. Develop and implement
policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with
regulatory standards and best practices. Monitor and evaluate
patient outcomes, quality metrics, and departmental performance
indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage
operating room supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure
adequate stock levels and optimal utilization. Foster a culture of
teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among operating room
staff members. Participate in budget planning and financial
management activities to optimize resource allocation and control
costs. Serve as a liaison between the operating room department and
other hospital departments to facilitate effective communication

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's
degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred. Active RN
license within the State of practice. Minimum of 3-5 years of
clinical experience in perioperative nursing, with demonstrated
leadership and management capabilities. CNOR certification
preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving
skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a
fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations,
accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
