Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Embark on a transformative
journey as a Home Health Registered Nurse, bringing compassionate,
expert care into patients’ homes and enabling them to live safely
and confidently in the places they know best. This dedicated role
in New Mexico’s Albuquerque area places you at the heart of
personalized, family-centered care, where your clinical skill,
empathy, and collaborative approach can profoundly affect patients’
quality of life. As you envision your impact, also imagine the
beauty that surrounds you: sun-dappled deserts, the enduring glow
of the Sandia mountains, vibrant downtown, and rich cultural
traditions that invite exploration and renewal during downtime
between visits. Location benefits extend beyond a single city.
Albuquerque offers a welcoming community, a thriving arts and food
scene, and accessible outdoor recreation that makes downtime
restorative. You’ll benefit from a stable, community-focused
setting that supports skilled nursing in the home, with the option
to travel to additional locations across the United States through
our network. If you prefer a broader horizon, you’ll have
opportunities to contribute your expertise in diverse communities
while maintaining the same high standards of patient care that
define our program. For those drawn to the Land of Enchantment,
Albuquerque’s family-friendly neighborhoods, excellent schools, and
easy access to mountain views and desert landscapes provide a
uniquely enriching backdrop to your professional journey. Role
specifics and benefits come together to create a rewarding,
growth-oriented experience. As a Home Health RN, you’ll assess
patient needs in the home setting, develop and implement
individualized care plans, administer medications and therapies,
monitor vital signs, and coordinate with physicians, therapists,
and family caregivers to optimize recovery and independence. You’ll
conduct skilled nursing visits, manage wound care and IV therapies
as indicated, educate patients and families on disease management,
safety, medication usage, and fall prevention, and document every
interaction with precision to support continuity of care. This role
offers clear pathways for professional growth within home health,
including opportunities to expand into specialty areas such as
wound care, infusion therapy, palliative care, and care
coordination. We provide competitive benefits designed to attract
and retain top talent: a sign-on or performance-related bonus where
applicable, robust housing assistance to ease transition and
relocation, and flexible extension opportunities that allow you to
continue making an impact as needs evolve. You’ll be supported by a
comprehensive team that offers 24/7 assistance while you travel
with the company, ensuring you always have guidance and resources
when you need them most. With guaranteed 40 hours per week, you’ll
enjoy predictable scheduling and the stability that supports strong
professional and personal planning, even as you bring value to
multiple patients and families. Our company values empower you to
advance your career while maintaining a supportive, collaborative
environment. We are dedicated to recognizing and nurturing the
contributions of our nursing staff, offering mentorship, continuing
education opportunities, and structured career development paths
designed to help you move forward—whether you deepen clinical
expertise, expand leadership skills, or broaden scope across home
health specialties. Our culture centers on respect, transparency,
and teamwork, with leaders who listen, coach, and invest in your
growth. You’ll join a diverse network of professionals who share a
commitment to compassionate care, patient advocacy, and excellence
in service delivery, all while maintaining work-life balance and
professional satisfaction. Ready to apply? This is your chance to
join a company that values your expertise and supports your ongoing
development. The contract begins on March 1, 2026, with a duration
of several weeks and the potential for extensions, allowing you to
build lasting relationships with patients and communities while
continuing to grow as a home health nurse. You’ll be compensated at
a weekly pay range of $2,213 to $2,319, with guaranteed 40 hours
per week, and you’ll receive housing assistance and access to
extensive support and resources throughout your travels. If you’re
motivated by meaningful, hands-on nursing in patients’ homes and
excited by the prospect of exploring Albuquerque and beyond, apply
