This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a premier concierge medical spa environment, delivering comprehensive aesthetic and wellness treatments that enhance client confidence and wellbeing. This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business growth. Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators (Botox, Daxxify), dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments Administer customized IV therapy treatments including hydration therapy, immune support, energy enhancement, and specialized wellness formulations Provide medical weight loss management including semaglutide therapy, nutritional counseling, and ongoing patient monitoring and support Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess aesthetic and wellness goals, medical history, contraindications, and develop individualized treatment plans Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, pre- and post- procedure care, and recommend appropriate skincare products and wellness protocols Maintain detailed and accurate client records, treatment documentation, consent forms, medication records, and before/after photography Ensure all procedures are performed in strict compliance with New Mexico State nursing regulations, Board of Pharmacy guidelines, safety protocols, and medical spa best practices Monitor clients for adverse reactions, provide appropriate interventions, and ensure proper follow-up care Maintain proper handling, storage, and documentation of controlled substances, injectables, and IV medications in accordance with state and federal regulations Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and organization of treatment rooms, IV therapy areas, equipment, and supplies Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and positive reviews Deliver concierge-level care and maintain the luxurious, personalized service experience that defines New Moon Stay current with the latest aesthetic and wellness trends, techniques, products, and technologies through continuing education and professional development Collaborate with medical director, supervising physician, and team members to ensure optimal patient care, safety, and satisfaction Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Mexico Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience; aesthetic nursing, IV therapy, or wellness experience strongly preferred IV therapy experience or demonstrated proficiency in IV catheter insertion and IV medication administration Demonstrated proficiency in administering injectables (Botox, Daxxify, dermal fillers) or strong willingness to train Current CPR/BLS certification Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skincare principles, IV therapy protocols, and aesthetic procedures Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and medication management skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered, concierge-level service approach Commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards, ethical practices, and patient safety Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications Certification in aesthetic nursing (e.g., CANS, NTNC) or IV therapy certification Experience with weight loss management and GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) Experience with laser systems, IPL, microneedling devices, and other aesthetic technologies Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines, wellness supplements, and product recommendations Background in wellness, functional medicine, or holistic health Strong social media presence and ability to promote services through digital marketing platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Established client base in the aesthetic or wellness industry Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $45.00 per hour Part-time position with clear pathway to transition to full-time Comprehensive training and professional development in advanced aesthetic procedures, IV therapy, and weight loss management Continuing education opportunities and support for aesthetic nursing and IV therapy certifications Generous employee discounts on services, products, and wellness programs Supportive, collaborative team environment in a modern, upscale, concierge- level facility Opportunities for performance-based bonuses and commission structure About New Moon Rejuvenating Med Spa & Concierge New Moon Rejuvenating Med Spa & Concierge is a premier medical spa dedicated to helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals through advanced, evidence-based treatments delivered in a luxurious and welcoming environment.
