to find a qualified Rehab RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102! Job

Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid RN license required
Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Previous charge experience
is preferred. Experience with a patient ratio of 8 is required.
Charting system experience is preferred, with familiarity in Epic
being a plus. Community hospital experience is preferred.
Experience in long-term acute care (LTAC) is preferred. Experience
in trauma level I and II is preferred. Previous travel experience
is required. Description: This position involves providing care for
patients in a rehabilitation setting. The primary role includes
assessing and managing various patient conditions. You will oversee
and support patient mobilization techniques. Responsibilities will
include the administration of medications and treatments. You will
be involved in monitoring vital signs and performing necessary
interventions. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for
comprehensive patient care is essential. Patient education and
discharge planning will be key components of this role. Infection
prevention, safety protocols, and adherence to established
standards are expected. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is
