Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/28/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position: Clinical Nurse I / II / III / IV – Med/Surg Openings: 3 | Auto Offer Shift: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Start: ASAP Schedule: No blocked scheduling or set schedules Requirements: Active RN State or Compact License BLS (AHA required) 2 years Med/Surg experience EMR: EPIC ACLS: Preferred, not required Weekend Requirement: Yes On-Call: No Floating: Yes, to other units as needed Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program Role Summary: The RN provides safe, high-quality patient care, coordinates and implements individualized plans of care, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. Ensures compliance with unit standards, patient safety, and organizational goals while maintaining professionalism and effective communication. Work Environment: Acute care setting with exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and x-rays. Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing, lifting, and patient handling.
