who is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of

Nights (United States of America) Responsibilities: The ED Charge
Nurse will oversee a team of nurses and support staff, coordinate
patient care activities and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
and best practices. Responsibilities include: - Supervise and
coordinate the activities of nursing staff in the Emergency
Department. - Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and timely
patient care. - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and
multidisciplinary teams to provide immediate and comprehensive
care. - Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to
care plans. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing
staff, fostering professional growth and development. - Maintain
accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical
protocols and regulatory requirements. - Promote a positive and
collaborative work environment, addressing any staff concerns or

qualified candidates. Qualifications: • Associate Degree in Nursing
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License • BLS
certification REQUIRED at time of hire • Minimum One year of
