Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support elementary and middle school students within a school setting in Albuquerque, NM. This contract role offers 30 hours per week with a caseload of approximately 30-35 students and is ideal for individuals passionate about pediatric occupational therapy in educational environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students at the elementary and middle school levels, addressing individualized needs to support academic and functional performance. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each students goals. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory and school standards. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed or eligible for licensure with the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) and New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED). Prior experience working within schools preferred. Ability to work on-site; virtual service delivery is not supported for this position. Passion for pediatric occupational therapy and working 1:1 with students. Location: This role is based on-site at an elementary/middle school in Albuquerque, NM.
