We provide expert care for conditions affecting the arm, elbow, ankle, hand, wrist, hip, knee, and shoulder, as well as comprehensive diabetic wound care. THE POSITION We are looking for a dedicated orthopedic surgeon to join our expanding team and help provide exceptional care to our patients. While we prefer a full-time physician, this role offers the flexibility of less-than-full-time employment, as mutually agreed upon with the employer. The physician in this role will have the opportunity to perform surgical procedures specializing in joint reconstruction (ROSA® robots available), design and implement individualized treatment plans, encompassing preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education, as well as: - Manage approximately 24-28 pre-and post-op patients on clinic days - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and personalized care - Maintain accurate, comprehensive medical records, documenting patient progress, surgical outcomes, and follow-up care plans - Utilize EPIC EMR in all practice settings - Participate in monthly total joint committee membership meetings - Participate in light practice call (phone-based) with no hospital visits required.
