Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
requires a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in
school-based settings, specifically working with elementary-aged
students. The role is contract-based and located in San Jose, CA.
Candidates must have a strong background in supporting the
developmental needs of children within an educational environment.
Key Qualifications: Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist
in school settings Familiarity with elementary school caseloads
Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators,
families, and students Credentials and licensure required to
practice occupational therapy in California Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to
elementary school students to support their academic and
developmental goals Conduct assessments and develop individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with
teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into
the classroom Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
in compliance with school guidelines Participate in team meetings
