This role requires strong circulating and/or scrub experience across multiple specialties, strict adherence to sterile technique, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams. The unit supports a fast-paced surgical environment with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Epic is used for documentation.
