Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,808 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position ID: 75002089 Shift: 0630-1700 1.0 FTE 4x10 0630-1700 4x10 Hr Description: Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.Job Summary: -Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. -Ensures safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care of patients. -Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses. -Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team. -Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care. -Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician or standard protocols and documents according to policy. -Identifies and meets patient and family learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout the episode of care. -Assumes responsibility for the clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel. -Completes patient population/age-specific/procedure and protocol education and competency testing per unit standards. Schedule FTE 4x10 0630-1700Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Minimum two (2) years current experience required in large OR. -Candidate must be able to scrub. -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast paced environment. -Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Epic experience preferred, but not required; can train on-site. -Ortho, EENT, and/or vascular experience a plus.Education: Required Education: One of the following is required:-Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).-Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN). Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure: -State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License. -BLS required. -BLS, (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
