Job Description Job description: New Mexico Guided Healing, LLC,
a small private practice and 432 Agency located in Rio Rancho, is
seeking a non-independently licensed clinician to grow our
practice. This position is open to a professional interested in
further developing their clinical skills and pursuing training in
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Your Role:
You will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to
individual adults and will be required to attend weekly individual
clinical supervision. This job will grow into a full-time position.
We ask that you offer in-person and telehealth sessions, depending
on your clients' needs. However, you may create a flexible and
hybrid schedule by seeing clients in person at the office or from
your home office via telehealth. Requirements: New Mexico State
LMSW or LMHC. Willingness to build and maintain a full caseload of
a minimum of 20-25 sessions per week. Motivation to learn/grow and
