Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,232 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide direct care to laboring mothers, including fetal monitoring and managing deliveries (vaginal, C-section, assisted). Assist with obstetric procedures and emergencies, including postpartum and neonatal care. Document care accurately using Cerner and communicate with the healthcare team. Maintain certifications and follow all safety protocols, including COVID-19 requirements. Requirements Experience: Minimum: 1 year of recent L&D experience Preferred: Experience in a large L&D unit Specific Skills: Must be proficient in circulating, Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), postpartum, baby nurse duties, and meconium deliveries Certifications (Must be in hand): BLS, ACLS, NRP Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
