seeking a skilled Charge MET Cardiac Critical Care Nurse who is
responsible for leading the Medical Emergency Team (MET) in
responding to acute patient deterioration, with a specialized focus
on cardiac critical care. This role combines advanced clinical
expertise in cardiovascular emergencies with leadership in
coordinating rapid response interventions, ensuring patient safety,
and supporting staff development in high-acuity settings. How you

0.9 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of
America) Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Charge MET nurse
include: Expert knowledge of cardiac physiology, hemodynamics, and
critical care interventions. Strong leadership, decision-making,
and crisis management skills. Ability to remain calm and
authoritative under pressure. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous learning and

Nursing • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License •
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire • 3 to 5 years of
