Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,270 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Monitor and manage telemetry patients, interpret and treat dysrhythmias in a fast-paced admission unit. Provide nursing care for admitted patients while coordinating transfers to progressive care units. Float as needed to Emergency Department, ICU, and PCU to support patient care demands. Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner and ensure adherence to unit protocols and safety standards. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year required; first-timers accepted Skills: Telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required Float: Required to float to ED, ICU (SAC assignment), and PCU as needed Local & License: No locals accepted within 75 miles; pending license accepted Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
