Must-Have: Neuro experience is required. Experiences with EVD
insertions, Neuro post-op care, A-line insertions, intubation, and
central line insertions. Experience in CRRT, post-TPA care,
post-thrombectomy care, and the interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias is necessary. Description: The role is for a
registered nurse in the Neuro ICU. The nurse will care for patients
with diagnoses such as traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid
hemorrhage, subdural hematoma, tumor resections, status
epilepticus, and other neurological disorders. The nurse will
manage ventilated patients, administer continuous IV sedation, and
engage in neuro-intensive care. Floater may be required to other
ICUs or PCU floors as needed. Nurses will adhere to hospital
protocols and standards while providing care. Vaccination against
COVID-19 is required, with medical and religious exemptions
accepted with appropriate documentation. Completion of specified
required certifications is mandatory. Candidate must be available
for compliance requirements within the first week of signing.
Pre-approved time off is limited to specific holiday bundles. RTO
restrictions apply for the first and last week of the contract.
Successful candidates will be committed to flexible scheduling
based on unit needs. The facility provides interdisciplinary
support through various services. Candidates without required
certifications must be willing to complete necessary training as
