Description: Physical Therapists are movement experts who improve
quality of life through hands-on care, patient education and
prescribed movement. Our Physical therapist work as a team with
physical therapy assistants to treat people of all ages and
abilities. In this position with Presbyterian’s Outpatient
rehabilitation department gives clinicians the opportunity to treat
a variety of patients and the ability to work with a group of
therapist that have a range in specialties. The Outpatient
rehabilitation team is collaborative and patient-focused. We place
a strong emphasis on providing orientation and mentorship in order
to ensure the well-being and success of our new team members. Join

Additional Job Duties: Evaluates patients, develops plans and
goals, and implements treatment programs for improvement of
physical or developmental dysfunction and independence in
activities of daily living. Continuously reassesses treatment plans
and goals. Educates and instructs regarding home programs and
preventive measures as appropriate to patient, family, and others.
Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and
the department in a timely manner. Communicates with patient,
family, physician, and other healthcare providers regarding patient
care. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures,
objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and
infection control standards. Participates in educational programs
and inservices and other meetings as required. Participates on
special project teams and other related duties as assigned and

qualified candidates. Qualifications: New graduates are encouraged
to apply. Bachelor's degree required. Doctor of Physical Therapy
Preferred. NM License of Physical Therapy required. BLS required at
