full-time Flight Nurses to join our elite crew in Albuquerque, NM .
As a Flight Nurse, you’ll be on the front lines of critical care,
delivering rapid response and advanced medical support to those in
urgent need. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring

Compensation& Benefits: Sign-on Bonus Up to $15,000. Relocation
bonus up to 15%. Competitivepay with shift bonuses and incentives.

KeyResponsibilities: Provideexpert critical care to patients during
air transport, ensuring safety andclinical excellence.
Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external
healthcare providers. Maintaincompliance with company protocols,
safety regulations, and medical standards. Participatein ongoing
education and training to uphold the highest care standards.
Requirements: ActiveRN license to practice in the state employed.
Minimumof 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years
preferred). Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the
following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS,or PHTLS (NRP and instructor
certifications preferred). CFRNcertification within 24 months of
hire. Flightor transport experience preferred. Successfulcompletion
of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
Effectiveinterpersonal skills to work with team members, patients,
and externalcustomers. Weightlimit: Must maintain body weight below
215 lbs per flight policy. Basiccomputer skills for electronic
charting and communication. Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical
exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment,
including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drugscreening. Joina
