Overview: *Actively participates in and successfully completes
Presbyterians Critical Care Department Nurse Resident program by
successfully achieving the program s professional, educational and
clinical requirements within the time frame specified. *Transitions
to professional nursing practice in the PHS Critical Care
Department by utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe, timely,
effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care and by
consistently practicing professional, civil behaviors with
