License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have:
Prior PACU experience Description: Major healthcare provider in the
region. 47-bed acute care facility. 300 healthcare employees.
Shared position with Preop; no expectation to float elsewhere. The
work week is around 40 hours. On-call coverage required. Once
notified of a case, there is a 30-minute response time to report
for work. Patient ratios are typically 1 to 1 or 1 to 2. Common
diagnoses/treatments include appendicitis and gallbladder
surgeries. Primarily serving an adult patient population. Dress
code includes scrubs; open-toed shoes and fake fingernails are not
acceptable. This position is a contractor replacement.
