Pay Information $2,986 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Two years of current experience required in related specialty. License: State Nursing License or Compact State Nursing License. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross). Must-Have: Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Description: Performs assessments as per unit standards and documents on the appropriate data base/assessment flow sheet. Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care. Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician or standard protocols and documents according to policy. Performs competently in emergency situations. Assists with various procedures, treatments, surgical techniques, or assigns to other healthcare team members as appropriate. Assumes professional responsibility for current nursing structures and clinical standards of care.
