License & certification reimbursements // Home Health Occupational
Therapist // Preferred Skills & Experience: -One (1) year
experience in supervised clinical practice in acute or rehab
setting. -Home Health Experience. Required Education: -Bachelor’s
degree and educational requirements needed to be licensed as
Occupational Therapist in New Mexico and meet requirements of Home
Health Medicare Conditions of Participation if necessary. Required
Certifications & Licensure -BLS Certification. -Current driver’s
license with current auto insurance. Driving is required and will
be assigned work area in one of the following regions (Greater
Albuquerque, Rio Rancho/Bernalillo, Valencia County). 11 About
