Responsible for designated areas or procedures; performs procedures requiring independent judgment. Are you a Radiographer searching for a new opportunity! This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.) Qualifications: - BLS Required at Time of Hire - High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred. - NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) License required. ARRT R.T.(R) certification required at time of hire. Responsibilities: - Performs advanced airway care including intubation and extubation. Performs advanced airway care for infants, pediatric and adult patients to include intubation, extubation and tracheotomy care. - Proficiency in the use of High Flow (infant, pediatric and adult, BPAP/CPAP, Ventilators, Bubble CPAP - Performs electrocardiograms on infants, pediatrics, and adults in areas throughout the hospital. These areas include the Emergency department, L&D, nursery, ICU, MedSurg and in PMG - Implements Cardiopulmonary modalities and protocols for infant, pediatric and adult patients. - Alternate functions in the Pulmonary department (but not required) - Pulmonary Function Testing, Holter monitor placement and cardiac stress testing.
