OverviewThe Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho. We are currently looking for a compassionate and talented Resident Care Manager/ADON (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. In this role you'll assist the Director of Nursing in orientation and training of nursing staff and supervision of health center programs and services, and will be responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of educational programs in the health center. You will coordinate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on the overall care for our valued residents; ensuring all needs are met and our cherished residents reach their highest level of health and quality of lifeWage Range: $93,000 - $102,000 /year DOEAbout us: The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho, NM is a senior living community that cares about our residents and our staff. • Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university required.
• MDS Certification is helpful.
• Previous ADON experience is preferred.
• Previous assessment experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
