Job Description:
This position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and is for a Staff
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing and coordinating
patient care within their scope of practice. The RN will implement
care plans, document interventions, and support continuous quality
improvement initiatives. Must demonstrate excellent customer
service and assist team members as needed. Requirements include a
high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited
nursing program, and active RN licensure in Missouri. Current BLS
certification is mandatory; ACLS and PALS are preferred. The role
requires knowledge of patient development across all life stages
and the ability to work independently within hospital policies.
