Job Description:
We are hiring an LVN to provide direct and indirect resident
care, ensuring safety, comfort, hygiene, and health.
Administers medications, treatments, responds to emergencies, and
directs CNAs.
Maintains medical records, charts, and communicates resident status
during shift changes.
Assists in planning care based on the Service Plan and participates
in interdisciplinary teams.
May serve as shift Charge Nurse and supervises CNAs in absence of
RN.
Requires current CA LVN license, BLS certification, and preferably
gerontological experience.
