Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist in Grayling
with a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000.
Provides patient evaluation, develops and implements treatment
plans, and monitors progress within Michigan licensure scope.
Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams,
documenting care and educating on therapy procedures.
Participates in program development, research, staff training, and
quality improvement.
Requires CAPTE accreditation, Michigan licensure, BLS
certification, and ability to perform physical duties including
lifting and mobility.
Work hours are days, Monday to Friday, with every third weekend.
Compensation starts at $36.54/hour, with annual merit increases,
benefits, and a supportive team environment.
