Job Description:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide
compassionate care for medically complex children in a supportive,
team-driven environment.
Deliver high-quality, team-based care in a residential setting.
Assist with care plan implementation, medication administration,
and monitoring patient conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support families and
staff.
Requirements include a minimum of one year of LPN experience, an
active Pennsylvania license, and current CPR certification.
Pediatric or complex care experience is a plus but training is
provided.
