Job Description:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a 2-year commitment with a
$20,000 sign-on bonus (external candidates only).
Located at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH, a 311-bed facility with
specialized centers including cancer, ER trauma, and psychiatric
services.
Provides patient-centered nursing care, leading a team, and
collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure safety, quality,
and satisfaction.
Requires current RN license, CPR, and relevant certifications; BSN
preferred.
Must demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and
adaptability; capable of physical activities like lifting,
standing, and moving patients.
Complies with safety standards, PPE use, and continuing education
requirements.
