Job Description:
The RN position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year
commitment. Provides comprehensive nursing care, leading team
members and collaborating with healthcare providers. Focuses on
patient-centered, evidence-based practices to ensure safety,
satisfaction, and quality outcomes. Requires current RN licensure,
CPR, and relevant certifications; BSN preferred. Must demonstrate
strong communication, clinical skills, professionalism, and
adaptability. Physical demands include prolonged standing, lifting,
