Job Description:
We are hiring RN Case Managers to provide quality hospice care,
focusing on patient dignity and collaboration. Responsibilities
include developing and assessing care plans, coordinating with the
interdisciplinary team, communicating patient needs, and
supervising staff. Offerings include company fleet vehicles,

license, CPR/FA certification, reliable transportation, 1+ year

travel required. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000
annually.
