Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated RN for full-time days (36 hrs/week, 3
12-hour shifts), rotating weekends and holidays, in the Medical
Bridge Unit.
Compensation includes a base pay of $34.46-$51.02/hr, weekend shift
differential of $3/hr, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities involve assessing patient needs, managing pain,
medication education, and evaluating care outcomes to ensure
high-quality, patient-centered care.
The 11-bed unit focuses on post-surgical, orthopedic, and acute
care patients, offering a fast-paced environment with collaborative
team support.
Qualifications include Missouri RN licensure, 1 year of acute care
experience, with physical activity and flexibility to work varied
shifts and handle contagious illnesses. Benefits include health
