for a *per-diem* role in a *Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation
Facility* in *Rio Rancho, NM*. This position offers flexibility
with a once-a-week shift and an opportunity to make a meaningful
impact in patient recovery.*Position Overview:** *Location:* Rio
Rancho, NM* *Schedule:* Per-Diem, 1 shift/week (6:00 PM 6:30 AM)*

Proficiency in medication administration, wound care, and EMR
documentation* Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork
skills*Key Responsibilities:** Monitor vital signs and conduct
patient assessments* Administer prescribed medications and
treatments* Provide wound care, catheterization, and other clinical
procedures* Collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust
care plans* Document patient progress and report changes to the
team* Ensure infection control and facility protocol compliance*How
