Board Certified Pain and Spine Physician to join our established
practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We're all about well-being,

malpractice insurance. Practice Highlights

- Medical management of chronic pain patients.
- Part of a team consisting of fellowship trained pain physicians
and advanced practice providers.
- Assess and manage chronic pain medically and referral for
appropriate pain interventions within the practice
- Procedures - Kyphoplasty, medial branch blocks, radio frequency
ablation, nerve blocks, epidural injections, SI injections,
peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord stimulator trials, and
spinal cord stimulator implants
- In office - trigger point injections, nerve blocks, knee, and
shoulder joint injections, and medication management
Responsibilities: Summary: Delivers clinical care to patients in
the PMG Pain and Spine practice Responsibilities: Supervises APCs
in clinic for medical decision making of medication management and
referral to proceduresPerforms simple procedures in clinic and/or
supervises APCs in the performance of procedures able to be
performed in clinicPerforms necessary procedures on PMG Pain and
Spine patients in surgical/procedural areas such as ambulatory
surgical centersNo hospital call responsibilitiesShare in practice
call in rotation with other partners in the practiceSupports
mechanisms to gather and report quality measuresReceives and
resolves patient, staff and provider complaintsParticipates in
quality improvement plans Works with the leadership team including
the lead physician, DPO, clinic manager and program medical
director on the practices financial, clinical, and service quality
performanceParticipates in the recruitment and retention of
physicians, APCs and staff who work in the practice Credentials
Required: MD/DO. Completed residency in Anesthesiology, Neurology
or Pain MedicineOptional: fellowship training in Anesthesia/Pain,
Neurology/Pain
