Who We're Looking For: TLC Pet Hospital is looking to hire an associate who is looking for a long-term full-time position in a great working environment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, is willing to learn, and share their knowledge in a fast-paced team environment. Interest in orthopedic surgery is encouraged and will be cultivated, but is not a requirement. We are happy to consider both seasoned vets as well as new grads. Our team of doctors have a great camaraderie, and are always happy to provide mentorship and lend a helping hand. We are a 7 doctor practice with 31 support staff members, most of whom are cross trained in general patient care, dentistry, surgery, and reception. While we may not be a Fear Free Certified Practice, every staff member is a Fear Free Professional. Our hospital is 14k sq feet. Our hospital boasts separate exam rooms for our canine and feline patients. We have 6 exam rooms, 1 comfort room, 4 surgical suites, and 3 dental tables; we also have separate canine and feline treatment rooms. We have an onsite gym for our staff and so much more! We practice general medicine and surgery - including preventative medicine, acute sickness and injury care, geriatric care, routine surgery and dentistry, and a variety of more complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. Our clinic is well equipped with digital x-ray; digital dental x-ray; ultrasound; a variety of soft tissue and orthopedic surgical equipment; tonometry; in-house laboratory equipment (microscope, Idexx CBC, full chemistry, urinalysis, and snap tests); K-laser; and a full pharmacy. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
