Job Description & Requirements
Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1550.00 - 1900.00

General Certifications(BLS/BCLS). Must have a PT License. - BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

Physical Therapist for 13 weeks
State License required
