• 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
  • 3 months of travel experience is required.
    • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.Requirements:
      • Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
        • This role may require floating to additional units and locations
          • Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
            • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.Traveler must pass the BCA (basic cardiac arrhythmia) testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.On call, weekends and holidays may be required.Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. At alternate location-Will float to med/surg. Float - all travelers within CDS are required to float to all areas in which they are trained including ED and alternate holding areas to care for appropriate patients.
