We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, Home Health Aides- fantastic opportunity for professional growth, while making a difference! No experience needed - we provide PAID training! The pay-rate is $12.50 per hour._ We are hiring for our home in the Socorro, NM area and are looking to fill all shifts. _ We are also offering a $500 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time staff and $250 for Part Time staff. Please note that this bonus is paid out after 90 days of satisfactory employment. \_ \__\ _\ Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Weekends. Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday: 9:00-3:00pm Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm Requirements High School Diploma/GED Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Driver's License Ability to lift 50 pounds Responsibilities Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding). Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess an individual's needs. Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation. Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities.
