Overview Registered Nurse (RN), Rapid Response (REACT), Full-Time, Days, Albuquerque, NM BONUS and RELOCATION available to qualified candidates We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rapid Response (REACT) Team in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time job is located at Lovelace Medical Center, in the heart of Albuquerque, is an acute care hospital providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, cardiology, stroke care, radiology and oncology services, including the state's only Gamma Knife Center for non-invasive radiologic brain surgery. Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities: According to nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients with a variety of diagnoses. Has responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patients that could potentially result in a patient crisis situation. Seen as team leader during patient crisis situations. During high acuity or crisis situations, may function as a staff RN in the ICU, ED or designated areas of need. Assist with the admission and discharge processes and paperwork for optimal patient flow. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum: Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Desired: One (1) year experience Valid NM RN License or valid multi-state compact license BLS; ACLS and PALS may be required by hiring department Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality Management skills Strong organization and problem solving skills Works well in a team setting Communicates effectively both orally and in writing Why Lovelace?
