Text a recruiter at 505-295-0771Summary:In a collaborative partnership with Pulmonary Critical Care and/or Intensivist physicians, collects, reviews and integrates data from problem-focused assessments and a variety of other sources concerning patients with acute, critical, and/or complex chronic illnesses to set desired treatment plan.While making routine or requested patient rounds, identifies conditions that may result in rapid hemodynamic deterioration or life-threatening instability and intervenes appropriately.Performs systematic and ongoing evaluation of dynamic changes in patient condition and responses to therapeutic interventions (pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic) using input from the interprofessional team members and multiple data sources.Facilitates patients safe transition within care settings and across levels of care, including admission, transfer and discharge.Demonstrates proficiency in specific knowledge, skills, and competencies to contribute maximally to patient outcomes and nursing practice via Telemedicine.Qualifications:Other information:Specialty Certification in critical care preferredCredentials: Registered Nurse - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
